ABOUT ME
I’m Sean, a personal trainer from Nottingham, England.
I’ve been coaching people for almost 10 years now, both on the gym floor and online, during which time I've helped 100's of people reach their fitness goals.
I primarily work with people who want to get stronger, gain muscle, and - as a result - feel more confident in themselves.
I've always taken a performance-first approach with my clients, and it still brings me joy when I see someone start to realise just what their body is capable of.
